1. The service

Sharp Betting Intelligence provides market information - signals, settlement cards and daily recaps - delivered through a private Telegram channel, plus a public performance record on this website.

2. Not advice

Tips are market signals for your own judgement, not personal, financial, or betting advice. You decide whether to place any bet and how much to stake. Nothing we publish is a guarantee of profit. Past performance does not predict future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally permitted to bet where you live. You are responsible for complying with local law.

4. Membership and billing

• Membership costs £59.99 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically each month.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not offer refunds, including partial refunds for unused time mid-cycle, except where required by law.

5. Personal use

Your membership is for you alone. Sharing, reselling or republishing channel content or the invite link is not permitted and may result in removal without refund.

6. Availability

Signal volume varies and some days have none. We aim for reliable delivery but cannot guarantee that Telegram or any third-party service will be available at all times.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from bets you choose to place. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
